The Teatros del Canal offers all kinds of organizations the possibility of holding a wide variety of events in its facilities.  Its more than 35,000 square meters of extension host two large performance halls (Sala Roja and Sala Verde) also suitable, both for its spatial and technical capacity, for the realization of meetings and conventions of any kind. In addition, a series of lobbies, enveloped in the building’s modern and unique architecture, are ideal places for presentations.

ZONE 10, and much more We have the flexibility to offer preferential seating for groups (what we call Zone 10), with the option of completing this theatrical experience through meetings with the artists, private visits to the most special corners of the Teatros del Canal or a cocktail after the performance.

Teatros del CanalTeatros del Canal es un moderno complejo dedicado a las artes escénicas que se inauguró en 2009 en la Comunidad de Madrid. Está formado por tres salas: la Sala Roja, con un aforo de 850 butacas; la Sala Verde, un espacio teatral multiuso configurable con 440 butacas; y la Sala Negra, con 110 butacas. Por otro lado, el Centro Danza Canal (CDC) es un edificio integrado en los Teatros del Canal con nueve salas de ensayo que ofrecen un espacio para los artistas que trabajan en la creación y difusión de la danza y otras artes del movimiento. Está dedicado a apoyar la creación y la mediación, y pretende convertirse en un espacio de reflexión.

Movimiento, libertad y riesgo son las tres palabras que definen el teatro. Movimiento como comprensión de las artes escénicas en evolución; libertad como creación y selección de propuestas diversas, activas y transversales; y riesgo como apertura de nuevos lenguajes que alimenten la curiosidad del público y fomenten una participación intelectual y emocional.

Luchana theater

With choreographies by Alberto Sánchez and Alberto Velasco, and scenography by Alessio Meloni, the performers Pepa Lucas, Verónica Ronda, Hugo Ruiz and Ángel Saavedra will stage these surreal situations. The voice-over is provided by the popular actor Carlos Hipólito.

Zenón Recalde is an Argentine actor, singer and theater director based in Madrid. His stage successes include ‘¿Hacemos un trío?’, ‘Póker de voces’, ‘Pasen y beban’ and the adaptation of ‘High School Musical’.

Gaby Goldman is also an Argentine composer who has participated in the musical direction of more than 60 plays, including ‘El cabaret de los hombres perdidos’, ‘La sirenita’, ‘Frankestein’ or ‘Forever Young’.
